Due to the growth of our business in Singapore an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pricing Manager, Motor to join our team in the Singapore office.

You will be expected to provide regular technical and analytical assessments of the performance of the motor portfolio, specifically with regard to growth and profitability. You will utilize predictive modeling and statistical techniques to provide recommendations on strategic pricing plans well as tactical pricing actions that will drive the profitable growth of the motor portfolio.

A successful candidate should possess superior analytical and problem solving skills, comfort with data, and the ability to work independently. Solid communication and collaboration skills are critical to this high-impact role, as you will have the opportunity to present your work frequently to the Country President and the senior management team.


  • Actively monitors the performance of the motor portfolio and identifies key trends and issues related to growth, profitability, retention etc.
  • ​Conducts competitive intelligence and understands market trends for motor product line
  • Provides recommendations on pricing actions, and evaluation of their potential cost/benefit calculations.
  • Queries data marts to conduct ad hoc analysis of metrics and answer business questions.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced analysts to support the development of the local analytics team


  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field. Master's degree or actuarial designation beneficial
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with at least one statistical software package such as SAS, R, MATLAB, Python or Emblem is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and interact effectively with others within and outside the organization
