Due to the growth of our business in Singapore an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Executive (1 year contract) to join our team in the Singapore office.


  • Support Accountants in book closing process including preparation and posting of month end journals.
  • Maintain proper books and records and perform accounts reconciliation on a monthly basis.
  • Perform bank reconciliations with reconciling items to be followed up closely with timely clearance.
  • Support monthly, quarterly and annual internal reporting process to Head Office for USGAAP, Spanish GAAP and Solvency II purposes.
  • Ensure all accounting and reporting deadlines are met.
  • Support Accountants in the preparation of annual financial statement in accordance with Singapore Accounting Standards and ensure compliance with all legislative financial reporting requirement.
  • Support Accountants in the preparation of Income Tax filing process.
  • Ad-hoc projects and task when assigned.


  • Diploma in Accountancy
  • 1 or more years of experience in accounting
  • Ability to multi task and organize things in a structured manner
  • Strong finance system skills including advanced Excel skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
  • Self-motivated, possess initiative and keen sense of accountability
