Job Responsibilities
- Receive and process data from brokers / partners
- Prepare initial information for renewal process (claim data/proposal docs)
- Renewal Paperwork (policy/ card issuance/ alterations, etc.)
- Handle and follow up policy updates (endorsements) and client’s queries
- Monitor and collect payment, request of tax receipts
- Coordinate with Sales Manager to effectively exploit potential customers
- Support team for all other admin works
Job Qualifications
- Graduated from College/University with at least 1 year experience in related field
- Proficient in office computers: Word, Excel...
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage work scientifically and effectively
- Ability to work independently and under high pressure
- Good communication and collaboration skills. Fluency in English speaking and writing
- Honest and enthusiastic about work, capable of analyzing data.
