Job Responsibilities

  • Receive and process data from brokers / partners
  • Prepare initial information for renewal process (claim data/proposal docs)
  • Renewal Paperwork (policy/ card issuance/ alterations, etc.)
  • Handle and follow up policy updates (endorsements) and client’s queries
  • Monitor and collect payment, request of tax receipts 
  • Coordinate with Sales Manager to effectively exploit potential customers
  • Support team for all other admin works

Job Qualifications

  • Graduated from College/University with at least 1 year experience in related field
  • Proficient in office computers: Word, Excel...
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage work scientifically and effectively
  • Ability to work independently and under high pressure
  • Good communication and collaboration skills. Fluency in English speaking and writing
  • Honest and enthusiastic about work, capable of analyzing data.
