AVP, Motor Claims - Field Operations

Main Responsibilities:
- Routinely monitor and review field operations performance, expenses, and take action as necessary, nationwide.
- Internal coordination to ensure compliance of internal processes/procedures, with agreed cost structures/discounts, and compliance regulations.
- Review and propose new processes for approval, as required by the operational/customer needs, in addition to support of Business Development.
- Regular supervision of regional branch claim operations, including on-site visits as necessary.
- Support in ensuring compliant claim handling per OIC and TGIA guidelines and regulations.
- Meet with potential with service providers, as necessary, to negotiate additional discounts and improve services.
- Assist stakeholders by providing training on Claim systems, new regulations, and claims handling.
- Support and coordinate user activities and feedback for IT initiatives, UAT, and requirement building.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Ideally min. 10 years’ experience in Motor Claims handling.
- Good communication and be able to sort out any immediate problems.
- Service-minded, be enthusiastic and accountable for any assigned duties.
- Be patient, intentional and ready to develop.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, including excel, and proficient in viewing, compiling, and analyzing data/reports.
- Able to speak and write both Thai and English.
