We’re seeking a collaborative, self-motivated analyst with a strong passion for gaining exposure in budget management, planning, cost optimization and analyzing our IT investment portfolio. This role will work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure that IT budget and expense will align with the organization strategic objectives. You will have opportunities to work with best-in-class teams around the globe.
Job Responsibilities:- Budget Control:
- Manage project budgets, ensuring that IT projects remain within financial constraints
- Track project costs, resource allocation, and expenditures to ensure budget adherence and total cost of ownership.
- Ensure timely settlement of various invoices and accrual arrangements to meet the project and IT budget plan.
- Regularly report on budget performance, identifying any variances and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Work with IT finance team to ensure accurate forecasting and financial tracking across all projects.
- Cost Optimization:
- Collaborate with different teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of cost-saving initiatives and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve cost management strategies
- IT Projects Management:
- Drive IT teams on the execution and closure of IT projects, ensuring they are completed within time, scope, and budget.
- Coordinate with IT teams to manage dependencies, resources, and deliverables
- Make use of analytical tools to prepare project portfolio dashboard (status, cost and benefit) and management report
- Providing solid and consistent support on finance soundness and expense accuracy on IT projects
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:- A Diploma degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Project Management or related disciplines.
- Accounting background or major is preferred
- Strong capability to demonstrate great proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/PowerBI tools is a must
- 1-3 Years Working Experience. Fresh Graduates are also welcome.
- Strong analytical skills to assess project performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
- A collaborative, adaptable working style, demonstrated initiative and the ability to prioritize your time and efforts.
- Analytical, well organized, detailed minded, able to meet tight deadlines
- A proactive attitude to learn and solve problem.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
