Job Description

• Analyzes information to identify trends, patterns, gaps, and insights using descriptive analytics. May use data visualization tools to further audit insights.
• Develops dashboards to automate testing procedures; contributing to efforts in continuous auditing.
• Identifies audit processes to review. Performs moderately complex research by gathering data from a variety of sources, which may include operational data, metrics, competitor information, and feedback from business partners.
• Tracks, analyzes, and reports on audit metrics used to determine operational performance, staffing needs, productivity, or other measures deemed valuable to an organization.
• Develops presentations and shares findings as well as recommendations.
• Play an active role in ongoing continuous improvement efforts, including optimizing our Internal Audit Operating Model, and championing the resulting changes with the team.

Who we are looking for

• Ambitious third and fourth-year undergraduate students from a variety of academic backgrounds
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Some knowledge of scripting languages like SQL, Python, R
• Basic working experience with reporting tools like Power BI
• Working knowledge of data analysis techniques like filtering, pivot, vlookup in Excel
• Enthusiastic learners who are eager to gain hands-on experience in their field. 
• Team players who possess good communication and collaboration skills. Fluency in English speaking and writing
• Individuals who are willing to take initiative and be responsible.
