Job Summary:
This Program is designed to provide students with an insight into Insurance industry through on-the-job training and mentoring. You will join our Operations Team at our Hong Kong office and get the opportunity to assist the team to drive process improvement tasks.
You will have the opportunity to support our Property & Casualty Operations Manager to drive process improvement tasks, including but not limited to:- Develop well-structured work plans, facilitate project and governance meetings, and use Project Management, Lean, and system implementation tools / methodologies.
- Develop robust mechanism for monitoring, tracking, and report status of initiatives.
- Facilitate the successful implementation of project recommendations.
- Coordinate user training and documentation (e.g. SOPs) required by the process changes.
Requirements:- 3rd or 4th year university students, major in Mathematics, Statistics or science streams
- Candidates with Lean / Six Sigma, Project Management PMP, Prince 2 or MSP certification or similar qualifications will be an added advantage
- Demonstrates strong intellectual curiosity, willing to take ownership in work and deliverables
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Points
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese speaker is preferred)
