INTERNSHIP - Commercial Lines (Marine + Engineering and Liabilities)

Responsibilities

• This position acts as a dual role for Commercial Lines (Marine) and Commercial Lines (Engineering & Liability).
• Perform administrative task to Marine department with Microsoft Excel. One of the major administrative tasks include tabulating and comparing hard coded clauses between three systems.
• Assist in reissuance of policy (Marine policy) and other documentations to comply with the merging of companies.
• Assist in organizing policies, form and formatting in the commercial lines system.
• Provide support to the department in transition process of the merging of companies
• Handle ad-hoc tasks may be assigned by the manager from time to time.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Insurance or Actuarial Science.
• Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office and Graphic editing).
• Beginner to Intermediate in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines 
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
