Job Summary:
The Renewal Executive is responsible for managing the entire customer renewal portfolio to ensure high customer retention and revenue targets are met. This role involves proactive engagement with customers, providing exceptional service, and securing renewals for all company policies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the company’s full renewal portfolio.
- Generate and provide accurate quotations for standard products.
- Distribute and follow up on all renewal quotations to customers in a timely manner.
- Engage with customers to secure renewals and win back clients.
- Maintain and update customer data in the company's systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate and align on renewal strategies and processes.
- Handle other duties as assigned to support the team's objectives.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate. A degree in a relevant field and/or a professional insurance qualification is preferred.
- Proven experience in an insurance or customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Vietnamese.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose effective solutions for customer issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
