Senior/Analyst, HR Data Management – International HR

We are looking for a dedicated HR professional to join our team based in India. This role will be dual reporting to both (1) HR Process Excellence and Systems team and (2) People Analytics team to support key HR data initiatives across the business.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the right organizational and employee data is maintained in our HR systems to enable HR analytics and HR processes delivery.
  • Monitoring and measuring data accuracy in the system.
  • Investigating data quality issues' root causes and partnering with stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive end-to-end solutions to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, Finance, and Legal, to ensure data integrity and compliance to laws/regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the HR community and stakeholders, ensuring their high satisfaction with the project outcomes and recurring cooperation.

 Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in HR or equivalent
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in data analysis
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or reporting tools is desirable
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and perform as a team player
  • Prior experience with HR Data is mandatory
 
This role will sit within the Liberty Data Analytics (LDA) entity, a subsidiary of Liberty Mutual Insurance. The final grade level and title of the role will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and experiences.
