Job Summary
Creating sales opportunities, monitoring sales activities, and acting as an intermediary for all agency support functions. This position requires a strong understanding of the insurance market, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and brokers. The role is pivotal in driving new business opportunities and ensuring the agency's success in the competitive insurance market.
Job Responsibilities - Assist in formulating strategies, developing business initiatives and planning marketing campaigns for developing personal line business with Financial Advisors & Key Partners.
- Enhance relationship with existing partners and drive them with new campaigns and initiatives to achieve new business and / or renewal objectives
- Acquire new financial advisors / Key Partners and set up with a sustainable business model
- Drive different sales and customer campaigns for driving new business.
- Conduct business review and post launch review with partners to present improvement plan and identify new opportunity for growth.
- Draft and work out campaign targets, upkeep & update documentations / details with various internal and external stakeholders (e.g.: support, underwriting, product, claims) to ensure smooth execution.
- Implement and formulate the sales process of different campaigns and programs for Financial Advisors & partners with internal and external parties in term of product launch, campaign set up, call list generation, agreements, and logistics, etc.
- Provide regular Market Intelligences and business insights/analysis for preparing Financial Advisors & Partnership Review
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to come up with processes for new partnership onboarding
- Work closely with internal and TPA for presentations / programs to drive new business
- Work with Legal and Compliance for securing compliance & contracts
Role Requirements- Diploma Holder or higher, preferably in marketing or business related subjects
- 3-4 years relevant sales experiences.
- Solid experiences in sales operation and administration
- Excellent presentation skills
- Possess insurance certificates: CGI & HI
- Good interpersonal & problem-solving skills
- Working experience in insurance business development and marketing is preferred
- Experience in dealing with Agents & Key Partners is preferred
- Able to work independently and under tight deadlines
- A hard-working team player, enthusiastic and adaptable
- Good written and spoken English. Mandarin is desirable
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
