Job Summary:
Support the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to develop and drive People agendas aligned with business objectives, including but not limited to:
- Contribute to HRBP projects and initiatives to support employee lifecycle management
- Collaborate with the HRBP to design, streamline and enhance HR processes
- Provide HRBP support to employees
- Contribute to new ideas and information with other HRBP Team members.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline, on-the-job mentorship will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in MS office
- Strong Team player
- Ability to work with multi-cultural and cross-functional teams
- Self-driven and takes the initiative with an ability to achieve results
