We are looking for fresh-graduate candidates to join the Liberty's Global Analytics Development Program!
This full-time employment opportunity is a 12-months development program in which training, rotations, and a permanent placement to a local or regional role within the Asia region will occur.

The Analytics Development Program helps aspiring graduates develop a broad knowledge base through training, mentorship, and global rotational assignments.
Hone your critical thinking and analytical skills through a variety of key qualitative and quantitative methods, while growing your technical skills, such as data mining, pricing strategy, project management and business case development. Each rotational assignment will offer you a high-level understanding of how we use data analytics in the insurance industry, all while having access to leadership teams and various locations throughout Liberty.
Qualifications: - You have 0-1 years of professional experience.
- You are fluent in English (Professional Working Proficiency).
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- You have strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills with a passion for identifying and investigating patterns and trends.
- You can work well with people of various backgrounds and are a team player with leadership skills.
- You have experience with statistical/technical programs, and have good knowledge of Excel, SAS, R, SQL, Python and/or visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
