Executive, Marketing (6-months contract)

Job Summary
This will be a 6-month full-time contract position. The Marketing Executive / Assistant will provide communications and on-site support to the Assistant Marketing Manager across a variety of tasks, including but not limited to preparing and updating social media content, assisting with updating of all Liberty HK collaterals in preparation for portal launch, office move and upcoming events.
Job Responsibilities: - Assist in the coordination of office move for tasks such as:
- Consolidate online and offline collaterals and materials that need to be updated
- Assist in the packing and unpacking of marketing materials and inventory
- Prepare notices, communications, social media posts related to the move
- Update and edit corporate materials and collaterals (e.g. brochures, policy wordings, forms, letterheads)
- Assist in communications and content update, including:
- Create social media content
- Update and edit corporate website
- Help out in the vetting and updating of new and ongoing projects from business units and internal stakeholders
- Assist in event planning and management:
- Help to plan and coordinate events
Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree with minimum 1+ year of work experience
- Adaptable, proactive and ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders
- Good writing and editing skills and ability to multi-task to manage different tasks and deadlines
- Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
