I. JOB SUMMARY
The incumbent is responsible for handling Renewal Administration in Renewal Process
II. JOB DUTIES
- To handle all data uploading for renewal process
- To make phone call for renewal process from start to end.
- To adjust all the renewal quotations according to UW’s approval
- To send all the renewal quotation to CAs (in cases)
- To handle the data and report in Avaya System
- To print and send all the renewal quotation by post
- To print and send the renewal policy to clients
- To contact with post officers for post handling
III. PREPARATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
- University graduate. Possession of relevant Insurance Professional Qualifications is preferable
- Working experience in insurance company handling front-line duties.
- Strong verbal and written communications (both English and Vietnamese) skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
