Responsibilities
- Perform task to Commercial Lines Underwriting department with Microsoft Excel. One of the major administrative tasks include tabulating and comparing hard coded clauses between three systems.
- Assist in reissuance of policy and other documentations
- Posting underwriting transactions and other related tasks
- Issuing quotations
- Preparing and issuing renewal notice
- Assist in organizing policies, form and formatting in the commercial lines system.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks may be assigned by the manager from time to time.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science or Business Administration.
- Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
- Beginner to Intermediate in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
