Senior Business Analyst/Business Analyst - Operations (12-month contract)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collect and document business requirements from internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze business processes, systems and data to identify problems, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct gap analysis to compare current and desired future states, identifying steps needed for improvements.
  • Develop and propose solutions that address identified business problems and align with organization goals
  • Document and communicate solution proposals and implementation strategies to stakeholders
  • Participate in solution implementation, including developing test plans and coordinating/executing user acceptance testing
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new processes or systems
Job Qualifications:
  • Experience with business analyst tools and methodologies
  • Degree/diploma in business/IT/data or related fields
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and active listening
  • Ability to document and simplify complex information for diverse audiences
