REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Finance / Accounting or related field
• Preferably a 6-month internship. Able to start in August 2024
• Have basic knowledge in Finance / Accounting terms and concepts

 
JOB SCOPE:
1. Statement Reconciliation

• Review and reconcile agents' statement of accounts with company records.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

2. Data Management

• Analyze financial data related to account receivables and payables.
• Utilize accounting tools / system for accurate reconciliation.

3. Journal Entry Creation

• Learn to create and post journal entries accurately.
• Understand the principles of double-entry accounting.

4. Agency Management

• Review all account codes under status suspension and terminated.
• Take necessary action on timely manner. e.g. process LOD, Collect o/s payments from agent and close the account.
