[Summer Internship] VPPD Analyst (Vendor Management, Process Improvement, Project Management and Data)

• Refine AMCM Claims KPIs to ensure we measure our performance both from quantitative and qualitative perspectives.
• Perform competitive analysis and share an outcome with the Claims leadership team to set up claims KPIs to achieve best-in-class claims operations.
• Sharing claims data/insights on at least monthly basis and Identify areas of improvement of claim teams from data analytics.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, Data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Support Claim initiatives and projects to develop the claims process and enhance the customer experience.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Other ad-hoc projects

• Third or fourth-year undergraduate students in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related.
• Having good communication and problem-solving skills and ready to adapt.
• Knowing Microsoft Office, SAS, and BI tools.
• Can work at the office 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9 AM - 5.30 PM).
