REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently pursuing Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Operations, Insurance or other relevant fields.
- Computer literacy with MS office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
JOB SCOPE:
- Assist in benefits administration
- Assist in personnel administration matters (day 1 on-boarding, confirmation, transfer etc) as and when required.
- Update Organizational Structure
- Personal File audit & HR Documents Filing
