Job Summary
The successful candidate will be joining our Claims-Accident & Health Team in Hong Kong office and to assist the Team Manager in medical claims handling, including improving customer experience and cost management.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Advise policyholders and claimants on medical policy and claims related matters.
  • Process and adjudicate medical claims in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Streamline process to increase efficiency.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by Team Manager for operation and service improvement.
  • Provide customer services to the brokers and direct clients on claims related issues.
  • Ensure each claim is assessed correctly in accordance with policy coverage and within the authority limit given.
  • Ensure all correspondences and enquiries, including complaints, are managed, and responded to in a timely manner with excellence claim service.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree plus professional insurance qualifications.
  • Min. 2 years' medical claims exposure, with experience in handling individual and group claims adjudication is an advantage.
  • Detail-minded, service-oriented, team player with good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
  • PC proficiency in MS Office.
