Job Summary:
Reporting to the Hong Kong Finance Leader, the incumbent will be responsible to lead a team to manage the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and business operational support responsibilities.
Job Description:- Lead a small team on daily finance operations and finance initiative projects
- Managing all areas of credit control and account receipting functions including developing strategies/policies for credit control, collection and daily receipting operations
- Managing full spectrum of accounts payable functions
- Supports various operational activities such as system enhancement, business and product initiatives, etc.
- Oversee cash management functions and solutions
Job Requirements:
Essential skills:- Strong problem solving skills on daily operational issues with various stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, meticulous and able to work independently
- Ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders through strong leadership skills
- Have growth mindset that allows for continuous improvement of processes, tools or service delivery in a collaborative way
- Good understanding of the Insurance industry practices and requirements is preferred
- Experience in projects management is desirable
Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting, with professional qualifications will be an advantage
- 8 years solid experience in finance operations functions or similar capacity inclusive of 3 years at managerial level
- Adhere to local regulatory and governance requirements
- Experience in Insurance Industry is highly desirable
- Experience with SAP will be beneficial
