Job Summary:
As a Sales Support at Liberty Insurance, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and driving revenue growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced sales environment. This is a 6-month contract position based in Ha Noi Office. .
Job Responsibilities:
• Data Management: Efficiently process data from partners and upload it to our sales system, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including generating reports, handling inquiries, and coordinating schedules.
• Contract Management: Prepare, monitor, and manage contracts and contract addendums with partners, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Lead Generation: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to effectively tap into potential customer sources.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales administration or related support role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
