Job Description
- Make outbound renewal calling related to Liberty renewal retention
- Handle the respective channels mailbox (to answer to all customer queries related to their renewals).
- Assist the Manager in the day to day correspondence for all motor matters related to the Dealership Channel.
- Liaising with the respective motor UWs for product matters, CPD trainings and premium appeals.
- Liaising with the operation team for CI issuance.
- Handling all matters related to the Dealership channel. Main focus will be ensuring a high level of renewal retention.
Role Requirements
- With GI Certification (including BCP, PGI, CGI)
- Preferrable with Telemarketing or call center experience
- Experience in handling customers
- Able to work with minimum supervision
