I. JOB DUTIES- Assess policy liability, compute and determine the amount payable based on policy coverage.
- Provide accurate and timely information such as reserve adequacy, subrogation recovery, questions on fraud
- Provide the highest level of customer care, responsiveness I, and satisfaction when managing assigned claims to produce the best claim outcomes
- Manage claims administration and attend daily operational processes in relation to claims according to guidelines
- Manage, supervise and control TPA claim processes in accordance with its Service Agreement
- Liaising with other departments and intermediaries
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS- Diploma/degree holder
- Relevant experience as a claims-A&H
- Strong computer skills are necessary
- Effective negotiation and communication skills
