Development and Customization
- Design and develop custom business applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
- Customize Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Automate and Power BI integration.
- Extend PowerApps functionalities using Power Fx, connectors, and custom APIs.
- Integrate PowerApps with various data sources, including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and third-party APIs.
- Design and maintain data models, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Implement data validation and security protocols.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to gather and analyze requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations on Power Platform best practices.
- Participate in workshops and design sessions to align solutions with business goals.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure seamless operation.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Power Platform updates and features.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, user guides, and workflows.
- Adhere to and promote governance standards for Power Platform solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Scienceor equivalent related experience
- At least 3 -5 years of proven experience in developing applications using Microsoft PowerApps and the broader Power Platform.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure integrations.
- Proficiency in Power Fx, JSON, and scripting languages like JavaScript.
- Experience with backend technologies such as .NET, C#, or SQL.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint.
- Understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) for Power Platform solutions.
