Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality and professional customer service under preset turnaround time.
  • Handle daily enquiries and requests including hotline, voice mails, email enquiries professionally. 
  • Provide efficient sales admin supports (e.g. issue quotation) with high level of accuracy. 
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and reports preparation as assigned by team manager.
  • Lead temporary staff in providing solid admin support to sales staff and producers. 

Main Requirements: 
  • Associate degree or above with at least 2 years working experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or banking industry.
  • Having passed Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) – Paper 1 & 2 is a must (plus paper 3 would be a plus).
  • Familiar with insurance quotation process is a plus.
  • Customer-oriented, good communication skills, pleasant and willing to learn.
  • Punctual, self-motivated, good team player with strong sense of ownership.
  • Native Cantonese speaker.
  • Good spoken and written English and Putonghua preferred.
  • PC proficiency in MS Office.
