Job Description

Internship program

• Assist with the Summer Internship Program, scheduling meetings and ensuring a smooth process.
• Coordinate logistics for intern events and activities, fostering a positive and engaging intern experience
• Maintain intern program records, communications and provide general admin support.

Learning & Development

• Assist to search and collaborate with vendors for external training program, follow department's need
• Coordinate logistics for the training, make reporting, gather documents related to the training
• Other admin tasks

Who we are looking for

• Ambitious third and fourth-year undergraduate students from a variety of academic backgrounds
• Strong organizational and time management skills, able to do multiple tasks. Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and English
• Interest in HR area and love to connect with people.
• Enthusiastic learners who are eager to gain hands-on experience in their field. 
• Team players who possess good communication and collaboration skills. 
• Individuals who are willing to take initiative and be responsible.
