As an Intern in Internal Communications and Employer Branding, you will play a role in supporting the ICEB team in enhancing our internal communication strategies and promoting our employer brand. This internship provides hands-on experience in crafting compelling communications, engaging with employees, stakeholders, and contributing to initiatives that showcase our company culture.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing communications materials.
- Creation and coordination of engagement activities via internal communication platforms
- An opportunity to collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure accurate and timely communication.
- An opportunity to contribute in creating multimedia content, including social media posts
- Provide administrative support to the ICEB team as and when required.
Learning Outcomes:
- Able to develop effective communication messaging and programs.
- Able to conduct and host virtual meetings/activities.
- Able to engage employees to meet expected outcomes.
- Gain understanding on general insurance business operations.
Requirements:
- Internship duration of 3 months (January - March 2024)
- Proactive and has excellent command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
